Do you suffer from Tennis Elbow?

For years Physiotherapists have tried to find a way to treat Tendonitis. Tendonitis can give you a lot of pain as well as not letting you enjoy your life as you want, playing tennis, golf or even writing an email.

Tendonitis can affect virtuall any part of your body but it is more common in your elbow, and wrist. It goes by names like Tennis Elbow, Golfer's Elbow, Elbow Tendonitis, Wrist Tendonitis, Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI), Jumpers knee and Achilles Tendinities as well as many others.

But what is Tendonitis and its symptoms?

Well, first what is a tendon? A tendon is a tough but flexible band of fibrous tissue that connect your muscles to the bones. See image. When a muscle contracts, it pulls on a bone to move it. So the tendons are attatched to the bone an thus is what is pulling the bone.

When you exercise without warming up first or increase the level of exercise, the tendon is not used to work in that new level and by overusing it causes an inflammation an tendonitis. Also, other  common causes of tendonitis are due to age chenges of the tendon. They loose their elasticity and ability to glide smoothly.

So how do you cure Elbow Tendonitis? Some Doctors in Canada say that this Gyroscope Powerball really have shown that by using it, you start to move every muscle in your forearm, even muscles you mostly don't use.  You can use the gyroball at home for treating the problem so you heal a lot faster.

You can read more about what the Doctors say about how to treat tendonitis with the Gyroscope Powerball. I think it's cool to use it even before you have the pain in your elbow or wrist.

Check out the page www.Powerballs.com and go where it says Benefits/ For Rehabilitation.
